Shortly after Windows 10 came out on the market, many users spoke that Microsoft would be working on an application that will allow us to install Windows 10 cleanly without having to format. This application was taken by many as a simple rumor, but almost a year later, a user posted on Twitter the url of the new application, an application that it's called Refresh Windows Tool.
Apparently the launch is not official, but Refresh Windows Tool will be the new application that will allow us to install Windows 10 or any other Windows of a clean way although it will also allow us to keep the documents we want.
Refresh Windows Tool will allow a clean installation for newbies
The user in question is called WalkingCat and through Twitter show us the application download link. We have to say that you have to be careful with this application because even if it is in the Microsoft directory, it is also true that has not been officially presented yet so the application can give problems and therefore has not been presented in the latest Microsoft BUILD.

Even so, as we can see in the image, Refresh Windows Tool will allow us to perform a clean installation or we can do a clean installation while preserving our personal data, something that will surely be limited to files, images, music and video, although we have nothing concrete about it.
In spite of everything, personally I still opting for the traditional method of formatting the hard drive. This method is effective because we select the files we want to save and do it manually on another hard drive and then format the hard drive so the installation will be clean.
