How to activate incognito mode by default in your browser

Google

The main browsers currently offer us the ability to browse using incognito mode. Although when we want to use this function, we have to activate it manually. There are people who want to navigate as privately as possible in this regard. Therefore, they can use a trick with which to have it activated by default.

In this way, when we open the browser on our computer, we can navigate directly in incognito mode. We will not have to activate it ourselves as usual. It can be a function of interest to many users, which we obtain by following a series of steps.

For this we can create a desktop shortcut in Windows 10, thanks to which to be able to do that when we open our browser, it does so directly in this mode. So it is a very comfortable way, especially if you want to always browse using incognito mode in it. The way to achieve this is simple and allows us to browse privately at all times.

How to activate it by effect

Mozilla Firefox

We have to find a shortcut that we have to the browser or create a new one, whichever you prefer. In any case, once we have said direct access in front of it, we right click with the mouse on it. A contextual menu will then appear on the screen, where we have to enter the properties section, located at the end of it.

Inside the properties window, we look at the tabs above. One of them is the direct access one, on which we have to click. In this section we will see that there is a very long chain of commands. At the end of it simply we have to write the word incognito. Thanks to this we will get the browser to start in incognito mode when we use it in this case. So we write that word and give it to apply.

When we do this, we close the browser (in case it was open) and open it again now. Due to the change we have made, it would have to start automatically in incognito mode. So that we can navigate privately in it with total comfort. We can do this with any browser that we use in Windows 10.
