Pokémon Go arrives on Windows 10 Mobile through a port

Pokémon Go

Many of you are waiting for the famous Pokémon Go video game to arrive on Windows Phone, Microsoft's mobile platform. A video game that is desired but already we can use it in Windows 10 Mobile thanks to an unofficial port of Pokémon Go. This port is called PoGo and arrives in universal app format, so PoGo is not compatible with Windows Phone.

But the positive of all this is that PoGo is a video game that will also be available for tablets and desktops, although in this case we do not know how it will work as it does not have a gyroscope or GPS.

The port in question is almost exact to Pokémon Go, to the point that it uses the same maps, pokémons, etc ... as the Niantic video game, the original video game. What's more, in order for us to play PoGo we have to have a Pokémon Trainer Club account and start the session through an Android or iOS video game and after closing the session, be able to return to PoGo.

PoGo Installation on Windows 10 Mobile

In order to install and make the PoGo game work, we not only have to do the above, but we also have to change the configuration of our mobile and download the following packages (appx and certificate) for installation. After doing the corresponding thing on the Android mobile, we go to our mobile with Windows 10 Mobile and change the configuration of the mobile to go to programmer mode (Settings> Update & Security> Scheduler Mode) and be able to install external applications.

Once this is done, we copy the video game files in the memory of the mobile and we first execute the certificate and then the appxYou have to do it in this order, otherwise it will not work. After this, the video game icon and the corresponding entries in the operating system will appear, but all with in order to be able to play Pokémon Go on our Windows 10 Mobile.

PoGo is not a port, it is an unofficial client of a third party developer -_-

Well the truth is that it does not work, I follow the steps and nothing, it does not work or the app appears or anything. It would be nice if you visually explain how to do it.

This type of action can open the phone to the installation of insecure applications ... At least I would mention it in the article.

Hello, I am working on a video where I explain step by step how to install it. Meanwhile, remember the order of the installation of packages as well as the other necessary things: a user account created from Android or iOS and closing the session and having Windows 10 Mobile.
Regarding the insecure account, you are right Akenar, now I update it, thank you very much 😉
