This is because apparently by mistake some restrictions are modified in the Privacy and Update fields, creating new security parameters that can become really annoying, like this one. First of all we are going to press the key Windows + R to write the following in the text box that opens: «regedit '. We will press the Enter key and the Registry Editor will open as expected. We are going to look for the following box:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SOFTWARE \ Policies \ Microsoft \ Windows \ DataCollection

If in the right drop-down panel we see a DWORD value called AllowTelemetry we will have to eliminate it, for this we will use the secondary button of the mouse and choose the option "Get rid of", or we will click on it once and press the Delete key on our keyboard. Once we have removed this value in the registry, the security parameters will be adjusted correctly again.
