uLink, a Microsoft application for the world of mobiles

Currently the market for mobile devices has surpassed the market for traditional desktop computers, this means that more and more users see their websites or their videos through mobile devices. So surely many of you have faced the tedious task of having to copy or save a link on a mobile phone.

It is somewhat annoying and more difficult if you have big fingers than on a desktop computer, but Microsoft wants to end this task with a simple app called uLinkMicrosoft's intention with uLink is for the user to change the current way of copying a link or saving it on a mobile phone so that they can do it in a different and easier way. In charge of this application is Microsoft Research, a department that has had its successes and failures, although more of the former than the latter.

Microsoft Research wants to change the way we copy links with uLink

We also know a video of what the operation of this application will be or how the guys from Microsoft Research want the operation of uLink to be. Something interesting because it is intended that with shaking or moving the mobile, the operating system saves or copies the link, something easier than trying with our big fingers to copy the entire url address.

Unfortunately We do not know for which platforms uLink will be. It can be assumed that it will be for Windows 10 Mobile and for Android and iOS, but after seeing the actions with various applications where they are updated for iOS but not for Windows 10 Mobile, etc ... currently we cannot say for which mobiles uLink will be available, but if we have keep in mind that Microsoft tends to have its applications be on all platforms, possibly the launch will be for all three platforms. Still we have to wait then The release date is unknown.
