Windows 10 receives the final applications of Instagram, Messenger and Facebook

Facebook has become, together with the Messenger messaging service, the most used applications by many millions of users around the world. Mark Zuckerber is aware of this and although with a long delay he has just launched the final Instagram, Facebook and Messenger apps for Windows 10.

The Facebook and Messenger versions are intended for the desktop version while the Instagram is only intended for the Windows 10 Mobile mobile ecosystem. These applications will run together with the startup of the devices where they are installed and will quickly show us the news of our most used social networks.

Facebook for Windows 10

The Facebook version for Windows 10 offers us a Tile version so that once we start our computer we can quickly know who has interacted with any of our publications . If we are working normally on our Windows 10 PC, and someone clicks on our photo to leave us a comment, we will quickly receive a notification to respond if necessary instantly, as we can currently do with our smartphones. Also, of course, this new version includes support for the new reactions that Facebook integrated a few months ago.

Messenger for Windows 10

To keep our conversations wherever we are, Facebook has also released an optimized version for the desktop version of Windows 10, where we can make use of stickers, GIFs, group conversations... Also thanks to the notifications integrated into the system, it will not be necessary to have the application open to be able to receive messages from our friends or family. Like the Facebook application, Messenger also has a Tile version to show the latest conversations.

Instagram for Windows 10 Mobile

The mobile version of Instagram is also available for phones managed by Windows 10 Mobile. Like the other applications, Instagram has a Tile version that will show us the Latest interactions of our followers with our photographs on the home screen of our device. This application includes all the functions that are currently available on other mobile platforms on the market.

The Facebook and Messenger applications are now available in the Windows Store for desktop while Instagram is available in the Windows Phone Store. The previous applications for both ecosystems have been withdrawn from the respective stores and have been replaced by the new ones. Throughout this year, Facebook and Messenger will also be able to enjoy their own application for Windows 10 Mobile that allows you to use all the functions that we can currently do from the Windows 1 app or from the web.
