Last week we met in the version of WhatsApp Beta the new functionality of the instant messaging application. We are talking about video calls that could very soon be available in the application for Android and iOS. Shortly after this new WhatsApp functionality disappeared by surprise, although everything indicates that we are facing something normal.
Moment there is no known possible date for the official arrival of WhatsApp video calls, but it seems that it could be sooner rather than later. In addition to Android to iOS, it will surely also come to Windows 10 Mobile.
And it is that although WhatsApp takes a much slower pace as far as the version for Microsoft's operating system is concerned, the news always ends up arriving. Video calls will not be the exception and it is even possible that these arrive on Windows 10 Mobile at the same time as the version available for the Google and Apple operating systems.
This new WhatsApp functionality will allow users to make video calls and not only listen to your friend or family member, but also see them, completely free of charge. This new option that will soon offer us the most used instant messaging application worldwide is nothing new and it is already available in many other applications and even on the iPhone thanks to iMessage.
