Unfortunately not all users can make the leap to the new operating system, but the Redmond-based company does not want anyone to be anchored by easily fixable factors.

First of all we must have a laptop, with a Microsoft's valid license and how well Windows 8 or Windows 8.1 installed inside only, leaving out of this promotion for example computers with Windows 7 or Windows Vista. Second, that device must meet all the requirements that Windows 10 requests.
If you meet these two premises, you must request your new computer, with Windows 10, which will be a Dell Inspiron 15, in a Microsoft Store so you will have to live in the United States or travel to the North American country to benefit from this interesting Microsoft promotion.
