How to access and remove Firefox downloads

Mozilla Firefox

Depending on the use you make of your computer, it is likely that you usually download a lot of content, content that sometimes, once they have consulted or installed if it is an application, it makes no sense to keep storing on the computer, since it is occupying a space that we can use for other purposes.

If you regularly download apps, which is what takes up the most space, you should take a look at the Firefox downloads folder to periodically delete the content you have downloaded. Firefox natively downloads all content in the Windows 10 Downloads folder.

This folder is stored inside the My Documents folder, where we can also find files of all kinds, from text documents, to spreadsheets, through presentations, photographs, videos, PDF files.

Accessing the Firefox downloads folder is as simple as clicking on the down arrow and clicking on Show all downloads. Below will be shown all the files that we have downloaded to our computer, either with Firefox or any other browser.

Recover deleted files

To remove all the applications, we just have to press the key combination  Control + e and then press the button Del / Del from our keyboard or drag all the content to the recycle bin, a bin that will empty its content and it will no longer be available after 30 days.

Once those 30 days have elapsed, we will not be able to recover the files that we have sent from the downloads folder to the trash, so we will be forced again to download the content.

Before sending all the content to the trash, it is advisable to take a look at all the files that we have stored in case we want keep some copy by moving it to the My Documents folder.
