How to access and delete passwords stored in Firefox

Firefox

Google Chrome is today the most widely used browser in the world, not only on desktop devices, but also on mobile devices, thanks, in part, to the sync between devices that offers us, a synchronization that is also available in Microsoft Edge, as in Firefox, Safari and other browsers.

However, if you want privacy to be respected, with Chrome we will not get it in life, since all the browsing history is associated with our Gmail account, so Google always knows everything about us. Firefox is one of the best options available today if we want to keep our privacy safe.

The Mozilla Foundation, the body behind Firefox, bases its principles on user privacy (It is not a company but a non-profit foundation), so our browsing history is only stored to synchronize with other devices that we have associated with the same user account and not for commercial purposes.

After this talk about Firefox (a browser that I have been using for many years), we focus on the options that this browser offers us when it comes to access and edit user accounts that we have stored in the browser, user accounts that allow us to quickly access the web services that we usually visit.

Where are Firefox passwords saved?

Unlike Chorme, accessing the passwords that are stored in Firefox is a very simple process since so we only have to do two clicks. To access them, we just have to click on the three vertical lines that are located in the upper right corner of the browser and click on Login and passwords.

Next, the left column will show the user account websites that are stored in Firefox. To edit or delete any of them, we just have to select it in the left column and go to the right column.
