When we are forced to work from home, it is most likely that the place where we have the computer is not decorated by a designer. Fortunately, Skype has been able to find a solution to this problem and after the latest updates, any computer has the ability to blur the background through artificial intelligence. This function is responsible for detecting the person and blurring everything that is behind and is not part of it.
Blur the background of calls in Skype
- To blur the background in Skype, the first thing we must do is create a meeting room or chat among all the participants who will be part of it.
- Next, click on Start call and the options to activate both the camera and the microphone will be displayed.
- In the case of activating the camera, a new option called Blur background. When activating that tab, the background will be blurred.
This function works very well even if the lighting conditions are not the most suitable.
