Most users use Gmail for their emails, either for personal use or for work. There may be times when you get a lot of messages, so there are some that you don't have time to read, but you want to read later. Sometimes you forget to read them again, which can be annoying or cause delays in some respects.
In Gmail there is the function of postponing an email. A way to make the mail go to be shown again at a certain time, in which we have more time to read it, so that we do not have anything unread in this case. We show you how to use this function.
First of all we have to enter the inbox of our account in Gmail. There we look for the message that we want to postpone, it does not matter if we have already read it or not. We do not have to enter the message, just look for it and put the cursor on it, without clicking on it.
When placing the cursor on it, we can see that some icons appear on the right. The last of the icons is that of a clock, which if we put the cursor on it says Postpone. It is the one that interests us, so we click on this icon to postpone the email.
Then we are given several options to postpone such email in Gmail. We can choose between some moments that are proposed to us, but we can also select ourselves the specific time and date in which we want this email to be shown again in our account.
Therefore, once we have chosen said date and time, we can see how this message is displayed again in Gmail, as if we just received it. A notification will be issued and displayed at the top of the inbox for us to read. That way we don't miss anything that's in the mail.
