Currently, the main developers of both software and operating systems with Apple, Google and Microsoft, without cutting the different Linux distros, usually offer natively installed, a series of applications, created by them, so that we get used to using them and become essential for us.
A few years ago, Microsoft released an application, Movie Maker, which coincidentally did not install natively, and with which we could create movies with our videos, to later copy them to a DVD and be able to view it from our sofa. But as technology advanced and reading units disappeared from PCs, this application stopped updating until it disappeared completely.

This application is only available for Mac and iOS, so we can start to stop looking, since we will not find it. The only application that Apple makes available to Windows users is iTunes, an application with which we can manage the content of our device.
On the Internet, we can find a large number of tools to create videos in Windows, but, unfortunately most of them are paid, although they offer us trial versions with limited functions that hardly let us do anything or include a gigantic watermark in the final video.
If we plan to dedicate them to video editing, more than usual, the best we can do is invest the money in an excellent application called Adobe Premier, an application that although it is true can be complex due to the large number of options, it is the best option currently available on the market for any type of video. Adobe Premier is from the same manufacturer as Photoshop, so the quality of the software is more than guaranteed.
