Fortunately the arrival Windows 10 has been a very important change in terms of installation it refers, not to mention all the news that it offers us unlike previous versions of Windows. The installation process is very simple and as Microsoft advertises, even a small child with little knowledge can do it.
How to install Windows 10
The first thing to keep in mind is the Windows 7, 8 / 8.1 license number that is previously already registered on Microsoft's serversIn this way, when you request the password, we will only have to enter it even if it does not correspond to the same version. If you did not update during the year that Microsoft offered for free, you will have to purchase a license or operate without a license number. The only downside to this is that a sign will always appear at the bottom right for us to register our copy.
- If we already have our DVD or USB with the computer image on hand, we must introduce it in our computer and turn it off. Next we turn on our computer and access the BIOS to establish the unit with which we want to boot, either DVD or USB, we save the changes and exit the BIOS.
- Once we have restarted, the computer will detect the drive where the operating system that we want to install is located and the start-up wizard will start. In the first place, it will ask us to select the language, the time and currency format along with the type of keyboard that we are going to use. In the next window we will click on Install now.
- In the next step we will request the product key. If we do not have it at hand we can click on I don't have a product key, to be entered later.
- Now we have to select the version we want to install, which will be in accordance with the type of license we have, the Home or Pro version.
- Next Microsoft shows us the Windows 10 license terms, we check the box and we accept the terms thereof.
- In the next step click on new installation and Windows 10 will begin to copy the necessary files for the installation. The process may take a while but when it is finished we will be able to enjoy Windows 10 without problems.
