What we are going to tell you is not any hacking technique nor will we teach you how to steal passwords for Wi-Fi networks. This method is used in situations where we need to know the password of the Wi-Fi network by forgetting or simply because we need to save it in a txt document to export it or take it to another computer that we will connect to this network.

To know the password, we must first be connected to the Wi-Fi network for which we want to know the password. Then we go to Control Panel and Networks and Internet. In Networks and Internet we click on Center network and sharing. In the window that will appear, click on the Wi-Fi network to which we are connected.
Now we have to right-click on the network and several options will appear. Then we go to the entry »Wireless Properties» and in the Security tab that will appear we mark the box that says "Show hidden characters". Once this is marked, the password of the Wi-Fi network will appear that we can copy and save in any document, to be able to reuse it or in case of sharing it on other computers.
The process to know the password without seeing it in black dots is simple and can help us in situations like inserting the router's wifi key, a fairly long password and with several digits that in case of not having the router of the pc nearby is a cumbersome task. Or also to access networks where our children connect.
