How to open Microsoft Edge and other apps in Windows 10 in full screen

For some time now, browsers have become one of the tools most used by users practically to perform any function. For a couple of years, all browsers have offered us the possibility of expanding the navigation space by eliminating the information that is displayed at the top of the screen, such as the web address, bookmarks and others. Currently all browsers, like most applications, we can open them in full screen just by clicking on F11. By pressing on this key, the application or browser that is open in a window will occupy the entire screen.

To deactivate the full screen mode, we just have to press the F11 key again and the browser or application will return to show the original size. This function is ideal for devices that offer us a smaller screen size, such as laptops of 12 inches or less. But with the arrival of Microsoft Edge, the F11 key stopped working, so we cannot use this key to be able to expand the size of the browser to full screen. Many are the users who do not stop requesting Microsoft to implement this option, something that has not been possible at the moment.

If we want to expand the size of the browser shown on our screen, we must press the Windows key + Shift + Enter. This keyboard shortcut, which must be pressed together, allows us to expand the size of applications and the browser to full screen. To be able to show the original size of both the browser and the applications, we must press the same key combination again. It seems that Microsoft wants to make more sense of the Windows key, a key that since its implementation on keyboards passes almost without pain or glory.
