Very soon it will be possible to change the web browser of our device with Windows 10 Mobile

10 Windows Mobile

10 Windows Mobile It continues its way in the market, we could say that with more pain than glory, and trying to achieve prominence as the days go by. One of the main efforts that Microsoft is carrying out is to try to equate Windows 10 in desktop and mobile systems, something that so far it has not achieved.

And it is that for example in our computers we can choose which browser to use, something that at the moment we cannot do in mobile devices with Windows 10 Mobile, where we must use Microsoft Edge by default. Luckily this could change very soon, allowing users to use other web browsers.

If we review the new options that appear in the recent Build 14946 we can realize that preset web browser can be changed. At the moment we do not know if it can be changed by any browser of how many there are on the market, but it seems almost certain that we can use a browser other than Edge.

10 Windows Mobile

No user has too many problems with Microsoft Edge, but they do there are many users who need to resort to other web browsers. For example, in my case, I like to use Google Chrome on any of my devices because it is where I have stored all my bookmarks and the links to the main tools that I use on a daily basis. Having to use Microsoft Edge on my smartphone with Windows 10 Mobile limits me very much.

At the moment this option to change the default web browser cannot yet be used, although perhaps very soon we will be able to see it and choose which browser we want to use in our day-to-day life on our mobile device.

Do you find the option to change the default web browser interesting in our terminal with Windows 10 Mobile?.
