On the 23rd we got to know a new version of Surface Pro, the famous Microsoft device. This device has been presented at the Shanghai event. A new device that significantly improves the most famous mobile device from Satya Nadella's company.
The new version maintains the general lines of Surface Pro, lines like the shape of a tablet with a keyboard cover, profiled finishes and a small thickness that accompany a new feature: silence.
Microsoft continues to bet on hybrid cooling, which has made the new Surface Pro 5 quieter than in previous versions as it lacks fans. This cooling system has already been used in other Microsoft devices, but actually the Surface Pro 5 is the first team with its power to use this type of cooling.

The new Surface Pro has three versions, one version with the Intel m3 processor, one with the i5 processor and one with the Intel i7 processor. All three versions can have a minimum of 4Gb of ram and a maximum of 16Gb of ram. In terms of internal space, the device can have a minimum of 128 Gb and a maximum of 1 Tb of SSD hard disk.
The screen on this tablet is 12 inches in size, a huge size for a handheld tablet but ideal for laptop use or as a notebook to take notes. This screen has Pixelsense technology and a resolution of 3 x 2736 pixels. The screen supports up to 10 pressure points, which makes it possible to write comfortably and very quickly.
Regarding the ports that we find in the new tablet, we find a USB 3.0 port, an HDMI port, the connector for the case, a microsd card reader, a minidisplayport and a headphone output. This device has, of course, wireless and bluetooth, as well as sensors such as the gyroscope, the ambient light sensor or the accelerometer. And as in previous versions, the Surface Pro 5 has two cameras, a rear camera with an 8 MP sensor and a front camera with a 5 MP sensor. These sensors are very important in this version because Surface Pro 5 has a TPM chip that, in combination with the cameras, will allow us to unlock the device with our facial image.

Lots of power, lots of features, but what about autonomy? Is it still high? Logically the autonomy of the device will depend on how we use the tablet, but Microsoft has said that its battery allows up to 13,5 h of video. That is, a sufficiently high autonomy to offer the working day without needing to charge the device.
Depending on the device configuration, the new Surface Pro 5 may cost us 949 euros or 3.099 euros. And as in everything, in the middle is virtue. Thus, the versions with intermediate performance they offer a great quality / price ratio. Unfortunately we still have to wait to see the Surface Pro 5 in stores, but we can already pre-order it at the official Microsoft website, where we can also see in more detail the new features of Surface Pro 5.
I really think the wait for the new Surface Pro 5 has been worth it because we have a true mobile device that does not skimp on power or features as well as offering complete mobility. Unfortunately the high-end version seems to me to be overpriced, making it unaffordable for many, including large companies. Do not you think?
