A few days ago, during an event, Microsoft reported or talked about a new platform called Windows Holographic. This new platform will create 3D content with which we can interact and thus run Windows 10 applications or content on Virtual Reality devices. Windows Holographic was born as a plug-in for HoloLens but we don't know anything about it being incompatible with other Virtual Reality devices.

Not so long ago we have not only learned more information about Windows Holographic and what it represents within the Microsoft company but also we have known the minimum requirements of this platform that every user has to comply with if he really wants to work with this Microsoft tool. Thus the requirements are:
- At least 4 Gb of ram.
- 1 Gb of internal storage.
- At least one USB 3.0 port
- Directx 12 compatible.
- A physical space between 1,5 m and 2 m.
- A state-of-the-art processor, minimum quadcore.
These requirements are met by many computers that currently work with Windows 10, if not the vast majority of those who work with content creation, but it is true that those who come from Windows 7 will have problems getting Windows Holographic to run correctly or at least to meet these requirements.
