If we use our computer in a public place, whether at our workplace, in the library, in a room in our home that is frequented more than usual, it is likely that on more than one occasion we want to quickly hide what is displayed on the screen.
The fastest way is to log out of our computer using the key combination Windows + L, so that the login screen is quickly displayed, this way we do not have to resort to third-party applications, but the time it takes to log in again can be a problem.
Another option that we have at our disposal is through third-party applications, applications that allow us to quickly turn off our computer screen without interceding in the application that we are running at the moment and with hardly any time to be available again.
Screen Off is a simple application we create an icon on our desktop and that just by pressing it, it will proceed to turn off the screen of our computer. Once installed we can configure a shortcut to run it using a keyboard shortcut, without having to resort to clicking on the shortcut on our desktop.
Another application perhaps simpler, since it offers us a keyboard shortcut directly without having to create it later is Black TOP, an application that through the command Ctrl + Alt + B proceed to pay the screen quickly and easily without having to resort to clicking on the desktop icon.
Another solution is to quickly minize all the applications displayed on the desktop through the Windows + D key combination, a command that will minimize all the applications found on the desktop. Pressing that combination of keys again, and once the "stalker" has passed, the applications will quickly show up again.
