We're getting a second big Windows 10 update this year

Every time Microsoft announces that it is working on an update for Windows 10, many are the users who they sign up for the Insider program to be able to test all the news before anyone else that will arrive in future updates. At the moment the next update called Creators Update, has an expected launch date of April, one month after the originally planned date. But as reported by Microsoft it will not be the only one to launch this year, since if everything works as planned, before the end of the year the guys from Redmond will launch another new update for Windows 10.

Microsoft has made this announcement at Microsoft Ignite, a conference that is being held these days in Australia, but has not offered any details about the possible news that this tThird big update for Windows 10, and until its name is announced it is called Redstone 3. Once the second major Windows 10 update is released, called Creators Update (Redstone 2), the developer conference will be held a month later in which Microsoft will give more details of the main news that will come from the hand of this third update.

Microsoft is using a different update system than we were used to in previous versions, where updates with new features were released sporadically in the form of Service Pack. When it seemed like Microsoft would only release one update a year, Like Apple does with macOS, shortly before the end of last year it announced the Creators Update for March of this year, and now it has just announced another new update for the end of this year.
