Microsoft changes the colors of the command prompt, formerly known as MS-DOS

Microsoft is making major changes to its older or flashier Windows programs. A few days ago Microsoft announced that it would remove old programs from Windows 10 Fall Update; Paint would be the only program that would save itself from that witch burn.

And indeed, the Command Prompt or that window that reminds us of the old MS-DOS, for those of us who knew that operating system, will begin a makeover. A) Yes, Windows 10 Fall Update will cause the Command Prompt to have different colors than previously used.

The Command Prompt keeps updating although it is possibly the next tool to disappear from Windows 10

Surprisingly, the new colors are more vivid colors, especially the color red and blue that have been exchanged for similar colors. According to Microsoft, this change is due to the new screens, thus, the colors are adapted to the new display technologies of the screens, making them less damaging to the user's eye health.

Windows 10 System Symbol.

This color change is already applied in build versions after Build 16257 and as we have said before, this new color scheme will be available with the next big Windows 10 update, Windows 10 Fall Update.

Personally I am happy that a tool like the Command Prompt continues to update and change elements such as the color scheme, although we have to say that for a long time there are tools that help us customize this tool.

The Command Prompt is a tool that is in different Windows such as legacy of the old MS-DOS system, a tool that few use and that after Windows 10 Fall Update may no longer be with us. Or at least, it seems that it has many ballots to be the next tool to be eliminated and more with the Linux subsystem for Windows Do not you think?
